I can't speak for everyone, but I don't see any reason why a graphics designer should spend their time doing custom work for you for free. There are lots of people here that will help but its not a soup kitchen. Maybe someone out there is nicer than I and they will help you though....

Angry Hey! Hey! Hey!
Whoa mister smart guy! I am a beginner at graphic designing and I would like someone to do this work so I can maybe edit it and learn a little more. I am still learning and I think I am pretty good for 11 years old! Do you have a problem with that? Huh? Go put another 7,000 posts in the forum cool man!

By the way

"but it's not a soup kitchen"

I think your brain is a little fried from those 7,000 posts.

If you reread my post, I was just asking why someone would do your work for you. You aren't going to get any better at graphics that way. Maybe I was suggesting it would be more productive to ask for advice so you can learn how to do it yourself?

PS - Don't even play the "I'm just a child" card. I'm 14 and I generally avoid begging for charity work.

By the way, I've been a member here since before you stopped wetting your bed. Don't pretend you know anything about me or my 7,000 posts. I'd also be happy to contribute another 7,000 posts to the TSG community.

Angry Such a saint
Oh! You are so special! You are such a saint having a lot of posts. Go give your advice to someone else. Even a 11 or 14 year old could figure out by now that I don't need your help. Thanks for the offer. Don't reply.

You come here asking for assistance and just because you don't like the answer, you feel you need to get nasty. Not too smart. Especially since the person giving you the advice is one of the more respected and trustworthy posters on this site. I'd probably suggest you go elsewhere if you don't like the answers here. I'm guessing that not only would others prob give the same advice as brendandonhu but anyone who may have considered responding isn't going to anymore after your rude posts. And just because you're eleven, you don't get a free pass to act childish.

The only place your going to get problems for being younger than most is random. The tech forums dont care. Im teenage too.

BD is right though, very few people would design custom graphics for free. Sometimes learning from others can help, but its best to have practice doing your own original work. The best place I can suggest for those kinds is http://www.flamingtext.com/start.html . You can get yourself text of your choice in fonts, colors, and styles of your choice. With a bit of editing its how I got my site logo. For the creation and editing I suggest either Adobe Photoshop(industry standard)(paid) or The Gimp(GNU Image Manipulation Program)(free). Learn how to use all the tools, including filters and effects. It can take a little while to learn good graphic design.
