Uploading Images
I used to be able to upload jpeg images to a web site. Now, for some reason, jpegs will NOT upload but bmps will.My op sys is win 2000 and I was trying to upload to my freebee site with ntlworld.

I don't really know that host but anyway. it might just be that, they don't allow that file-type upload witch i would be very surprized at, because it's a very common file type. could it be you don't have enoughf space..i doubt that also. so it's probly the host doesn't allow that file type upload..

The host is ntlworld. I was using the free space they gave me as a convenient 'parking place' for my eBay images. Normally I would use jpeg and not bmp because of size/speed of loading. Up till now I have had no problems using jpegs - something, somewhere has changed.

If all you use it for is storing images, then i'd suggest using a free image storer instead. The one I use is http://www.imageshack.us/ . Unlimited storing of images, unlimited time. Very nice.
