Code for submit button
I am developing an html site in Dreamweaver. It will have a login area. I need to know how to code the submit button so that an email with all the information entered will be sent to the clients email address.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Are you using a database back end and active scripting like PHP or ASP?

I think Tazmania means that he/she wants a submit that sends the entered information to a client's email without using any script. Sadly, however, those type of submit buttons don't work in all browsers, and aren't a good idea (I learned the hard way). You're going to have to use one of the scripts they suggested...

Got to use a scritp of some kind, no other way to do it. I think what juparis is talking maybe be related to ISP's who use to run CGI's scripts as a default on their web servers and simplified the issue.

If Tazmania has his web site on a server running php, I have a script that would work. You'll just need to modify the fields and some specific. I can email it to you in text format.

No I don't have a database. I really don't need one for what I want. My server does run php.
Bearqst if you could email me the script and some directions on how to modify it, that would be terrific.

Thanks.
