Any firewall software running on the workstation? It looks like it is trying to open a connection on port 443 with a 0.0.0.0 IP address

Hmmm...Port 443 is for SSL

Go to /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl and enter startssl
and then /etc/init.d/httpd restart

Do this all from a command prompt. The directories for these may be different so look around.
