Real-Time data to/from web site?
I'm looking for a method to 'write' real-time monitored data to a web site, and have another application 'read' the data at a different location. Ideally, I'd like to be ale to open a file on a web site, and write the data to it as it is collected. Other applications/users would be able to read the data file to get the latest up-to-date data.
Does anyone know if this is even possible? If it it, can someone direct me in the direction as to how I'd develop the application(s).
Thanks
Steve

ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, .Net or any other server side scripting with a database back end to collect the data.
