Actually it doesn't look there's a site there at all. If it was just a site you heard/read about, I'd A. doublecheck the site address or B. chalk it up as a bust. Sorry!

The netscape 7.0- 7.2 release notes points to this site, when it says 'for web developers'! So I think it must have been a correct URL, only that the site is not working anymore!!!!

That does seem weird. Maybe their site is temporarily down? If there's a phone #, you could call and ask.
