using the example of techguy.org, a little question mark logo appears in the address line of the site and shows up if u bookmark the site. how do i go about posting a similar logo to my site? thanx

It is called a favicon and needs to be 16x16 in pixel size. Then you load the favicon into your root directory. Here is a page that will help.
