Your host could be down - it happens to me all of the time.

Yep wish it was so easy but the Host of the site is having troubles finding it also

I hope your using free hosts for them to go down constantly, if not I would consider switching hosts....Up time guarantees are out there for very inexpensive monthly fees, in fact if a paid hosting provider doesn't offer up time guarantees, I wouldn't host with them.
