Have a little problem with my site
Alright, first of all go to www.nerd2k4.micro-filez.com and click "Join" at the top. Here is where my problem is, when you scroll down you will see "How Can You Join?" with some other text and "Who Can Join?" with other text, im trying to get "Who Can Join" aligned right of the page so its right of "How Can You Join?" If you need to know any more on what im talking about you can either chat here or IM me on AIM (EliteV4mpire).. Thanks!

You need to put them in a parent div and "float" them.

<div style="width:500;">

<div style="float:left;text-align:left;width:200;">
<b> How Can You Join?</b><br><br>
To join just send an email to [drdrew removed email] is the official email address of the {NERD} clan.
</div>

<div style="float:right;text-align:left;width:200;">
<b> Who Can Join? </b><br><br>
We currently are accepting anyone who would like to join. This will be a temporary open enrollment! Once we have our quota of members we will then add and delete members based on the following:<br>

</div>
</div>

Hey drdrew1469, thanks for the help, but now is there any way I could center them? so that there in the middle of the page. and is there any way to space them away from eachother a little bit?

use the center tag above the parent div in the body to center. the parent div is 500 and each child div is 200 so they are 100 apart from each other (aside from borders). to make them further apart, make each less than 200 or make the parent larger than 500. you can make this 100% since you are inside a table or hard code it with somewhere around your 720-725 pixels table amount. Just play around with the amounts is all you need to do until you are happy with it.

<body>
<center>
<div style="width:500;">

<div style="float:left;text-align:left;width:200;">
<b> How Can You Join?</b><br><br>

Glad I could help. Just one more change if you wanted to align them at the top, I kinda like the stagger between How and Who though, it looks cool.
[Edit: there's an extra div in your code, just fyi ]

<body>
<center>
<div style="width:500;">

<div style="float:left;text-align:left;width:200;">
<b><u> How Can You Join</u>? </b><br><br>
To join just send an email to [drdrew removed email] This is the official email address of the {NERD} clan. Be sure to include the following:<br>
<ol>

</ol>

</div>

<div style="float:right;text-align:left;width:200;">

<b><u> Who Can Join</u>? </b><br><br>
We currently are accepting anyone who would like to join. This will be a temporary open enrollment! Once we have our quota of members we will then add and delete members based on the following:<br>
<ol>
Time spent online and playing (if you don't play very often we don't want you)<br>

ROE (Rules of Engagement) if you start getting alot of Team Kills you will be deleted from our clan<br><br>

<b>NOTE:</b> You don't have to be the best player in the world but be curtious and play smart but most important HAVE FUN!!!
</ol>
</div>
