Flat files are not a good idea and you cannot do it with HTML alone, you need some sort of scripting to parse the text file. Scripting languages likve ASP, PHP, CF, etc.

Unless you know any kind of scripting, even CGI, it won't be of much use to you because you will more than likely need to cusomize it to suit your needs.

But I think there must be any component that can be easily modified by anyone without any scripting knowledge.

Just use those 3 lines to include the html file. Put it wherever you want the content to be inserted.

You didn't put it in a .php file.
And if you just want it to appear in scrollbars, use an HTML <frame>

Ok, able to do it. But this is not possible if we able to place in a text box or something, because todays no one likes frame in the webiste.

And how we can change the color and font of the loaded text file.

Have you tried using <object> tags to embed the file into the other file?

HTML Code:
<object type="text/html" data="http://mbcindia.com/rough/rough.txt" width="500" height="200"></object>
you can change the width and height to anything you want

I tried but horizontal bar is not coming up, I mean text is not wrapping that's why horizontal is not coming up. In this method, it is possible that text will wrap. Please have a look.

There is any way through which we can define the font and size.
