HTML & flash
I have a flash header with an animation and menu with links to all other pages. I want to keep this consistent across the entire site and only change bottom part of the page (depending on which of the link in the flash menu are clicked). I would also prefer if the flash wasnt reloaded or restarted every time the page changed.

How should I do this - I know I can do this with frames but they are passe at this stage. Is using iframe the best option. regards,
Jonathan

I use tables, make a templete and "save as" the new page with what I need inside.
