site troubles
Hope someone can help with this...

I have had a few reports back that when peeps view my site its a bit "lop sided" ( a very basic one page deal put together in frontpage, and my first attempt) the problem seems to be when you view the site in any size other than full screen then the text etc doesnt line up, if you know what i mean lol.

Cheers

Well I said in the PM to try a transparent GIF for the image at the bottom.
But here's some more advice.
I have my browser maxamized and some of the text is right on top of each other. And I think it has to do with the height of the div above it.
I viewed your page source and found this:

<div style="position: absolute; width: 371px; height: 30px; z-index: 3; left: 350px; top: 627px" id="layer3">
I think that's causing the the "How JSC Can Help You" to get crammed into the other text.

Also, same thing with the bottom image and the text above it, probably another DIV you want to check out

Also, it could be the "position: absolute" so if after fixing the height, if it doesn't help then remove the absolute.

I'm bored, so if you want me to recode the page with standard code I will

The thing is, when I view it, it looks like its supposed to, frontpage automaticly codes it, i assume, viewed it on 3 PC's at home, all look fine. my dad has aol and viewing it in that was the first sign that things may not be "universal" for evey font size or browser size...hope this helps...would be grateful for any tinkering you can do, will send the index.htm (i think thats what you need, remember it was done in M$ frontpage) to you via pm if possible, if not maybe you could supply email addy

Cheers

Well, I recoded it, you can change the name if you want to index. I named it JSC just because I have so many files on my computer that it's easier for me to find

I got all but two images (one was a broken image, and for whatever reason I couldn't extract the other image from your webpage.

I even added a title to the page for you (title shows up on the titlbar at the top of the window). And I added a doctype, and it validated now in XHTML 1.0 Transitional
I used Notepad to recode it. You could probably open it in Frontpage if you need to change things, but this should get you started.

Works in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera. At any font size or browser size the users has.

I attached it to this post
