Free Professional Template HTML Codes
Does anyone know a place to find free professional templates where I can just copy and paste the code, and then just edit the pages and names, etc?

I downloaded one of the "free business templates". When I opened it, there was HTML or PSD, i looked on HTML and i saw the CSS code, and then an index, and then pictures, how do i put them on my site? I really dont see any type of code just to paste and edit.

It was just one I downloaded, I have deleted it now. How do you recommend I get a professional template to use and edit? Can you give me an example of where to go and what to do to edit and post it on the site after it is downloaded? Thanks
