Seeking prettier version of Lemnet
Below is a sample of my Guestbook-Survey, hosted remotely by Lemnet.

As you can see, its layout isn't too pretty, and furthermore, viewers have to keep clicking Next to jump to next entry. It's preferable to have a few entries per page.

Does anyone know of a remote guestbook offering all the features of Lemnet (i.e. allowing multiple choice dropdowns, editing/deleting entries, etc.) except prettier, and more flexible Setup?

I considered MisterPoll - except that my survey requires more leeway for guests to respond in text-boxes, rather than just radio/check boxes.
