That is the most messed up code I ever seen O_O

Most of it isn't even real code
(like the "hi" tag doesn't exist, and trying to combind two "font" elements in 1 tag is totally wrong.)
You also only used 1 font tag, but closed it 3 times in different locations

Also, you don't put attributes in closing tags. And you should close ALL tags that are closeable.

Try this:
****************************

<html>
<head>
<title>Jons Home Page</title>
</head>
<body>
<p align="center"><img src="C:\Documents and Settings\Jacob\My Documents\My Pictures\SPLIFFBUDDY.GIF"></p>
<h1 align="center"><b>Yeeha cowboy</b></h1>
<h3><center>Welcome to Paradise</center></h3>
<h4>The right thing to do </h4>
<ul type ="disc"><font size="2"> <font color="8000C0">
<li>Lattes my man</li>
<li>Have movies rented or ready to rent</li>
<li>go downtown</li>
<li>I like big butts</font></li>
<li>Chill with the homies and invite the chick</li>
<li>Stop reading and just help my *** out ill post finished product later</font></li>
</ul>
</body>
</html>
