My web Site keeps refreshing.......
i tried a new and improved web site and i just got a complain the web page keeps refreshing. i also noticed my web site got 500 hits in about 4 minutes( i dont think so).

any ideas what is going on??

But maybe there is a meta refresh tag in the header?

its a free web-hosted website, after about 4 visits,sometimes less, a message replaces my website that allocated bandwith or resources or something has been exceeded and the website will be restored in one hour
