Complete And Utter Beginner. Don't Have A Clue Where To Start! HELP!
Hi all,
I just got a domain and hosting package with Pickaweb. But what do I do now? I've made a website page using a WYSIWYG editor I believe and saved it. I read I need to upload it to a FTP client now. I did, but if you go to my website it has something like "Index Of /" and a list of folders and the webpage I tried to upload. Hellllp!
Thank you so much!
Jess
PS-My site is meant to be www.spoilyourpetsrotten.com

The main page you upload has to be called index, that will be the page that is first shown when someone goes to your domain.

Yep, if you have a page that is in the same folder as index, and its called page2.htm, all you need to link is page2.htm. If the page is in a folder called folder1, then you need to specify that path by linking like "folder1/page2.htm"
