Solved: FTP Please Help
Hey,

I am using 100WebSpace for my PHP Nuke site, and the thing is there is no FTP Access available for free accounts and I was wondering if there is a way of uploading folders to my website without having to upload each file one by one in file manager?

Many Thanks

Kind of contradictory to what they advertise on their main web page.

Free hosting package

100MB disk space
3GB bandwidth
3 POP3 e-mails & Webmail
Free 24/7 technical support
PHP, Perl/CGI-BIN
MySQL database
FTP access
Web-based file manager
Small banner

It also says in their FAQ that FTP is available.

I just setup a free account and have no problems uploading folders with ftp to my free site I just created. Not sure what your problem is or maybe I am just not understanding what you want.

Worked fine for me, http://jimstu.freeserverhost.com/

Are you trying to upload to the root? On mine, there's a directory in root called something like jimstu.freeserverhost.com. Make sure your uploading your files in there, and not to root.

If that doesn't work, what ftp client are you using?
