Ok, Here i am a newbie to this whole webdesign. I am looking to either find a webdesign template or maybe even find someone to build me one that is just the basic outside view then i can customize it like colors and stuff. Here is what i want right now. In fact this is exactly what i want it to look like.

If you could look this over and maybe build me one or maybe even give me some direction on how to create my own. All i really need is the front page as i can adjust the rest myself. But I cant seem to find anything to get it done.
