Alright i was wondering if there was a program that allowed you to have like a downloads page on your site(which allows you to upload a thumbnail with the download,and keeps track of how many hits it has had),instead of going through and linking every single download and thumbnail..that takes awhile..im using html if ya need to know,thanks in advanced

You can do that if you learn php. php is a server side language and is EXTREMELY useful.

You know if there are any php scripts already out there for this,wether they be free or paid ones? so i dont have to take the time to learn it, then make it.
