DreamWeaver MX error??
Everytime i go to synchronize my site i get this error

While executing DWSiteSiteMenuPopup_Synchronize command in menus, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred; exception throw in native function

I have no idea what this means or what to do.. the site worked fine the last time i updated it.. went to add another picture to one of my pages today and synchronize it and now i get this...

any idea?

Have you added any extensions to Dreamweaver recently? These can sometimes cause problems. Another possibility is the site cache may be corrupted (for whatever reasons.) You can access this in Dreamweaver as follows:

Site > Advanced > Recreate Site Cache

I can't imagine any way for a graphic file to have anything to do with that, and you've pretty much killed my theory as to what might be the problem. Wish I could have been more help.

For lack of anything better, here's every wild longshot idea I could find through Google:

(1) If there's a CSS file attached to the page you're putting the picture on, try detaching it. If the sync works without the attached CSS file, then there's probably an error in the CSS file such as a nonterminated comment line.

(2) Uncheck all DW extensions (especially recent ones) through the Extension Manager, restart DW, and try the sync.

(3) Try working on the source files outside the site folder (like on the desktop) and then copy them back to the site folder when your done.

(4) Try syncing without any firewall or virus protection turned on.

Maybe one of these will work.
