Arrow Textbox taking more space on top and bottom
In dreamweaver (any version) when we add a text box (for username/password or search) in the form tag then it takes normal space required to show the textbox but in browser it takes little more space in the lower side and also justify, alignments also not work properly and destroy the overall design. Please help me how to add a text box in the form tag and not destroy the design if not more space is available in bottom or top.

Hope you understand my query, if not then please tell me and i will try to post some example.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Are there any CSS or inline formatting tags (especially some kind of heading tag) that might be getting applied to the text box label, the text box itself, or the container element (TD, DIV, SPAN, whatever) in which the text box is located? These can sometimes sneak weird formatting in on you.

Also, check the entire line of source code in which the textbox tag appears, and look for any extra blank spaces--especially one at the very end of the line. I've never figured out why these sometimes raise and lower elements by one or two pixels, but they do.

By the way, are these bad results you're getting limited to one browser only, or are they consistent across all browsers?
