Question html questions
ok i have seen this done in some places you know how people do the wave at sporting events well some one did this with text useing usb type codes so could any one give me that code? thanks

No idea what you are referring to, but I can almost guarentee you it is not plain HTML as HTML is static. It is probably some sort of Java script or Flash

Something like this is the best I can come up with in pure html.
