Solved: No Banner picture on New Page Upload, FP
I have an existing Web Site with my ISP. Built using Front Page and one of the available themes, and uploaded using FTP explorer. I have had no trouble updating existing pages but have now added a new page which looks fine in the Preview on FP but on the Web site everything is there except for the Banner and Button pictures.
I am new to Web building so hopefully it's just something simple that I'm not doing.

Web Site is at http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/walsallhandspinners

Thanks

Pat W

Is this "newsletter.htm_cmp_poetic110_hbtn.gif" really the name of the image? I would imagine not.

Check the image name as Rockn suggested. Make sure that you typed it correctly. If the end is capitalized by accident or is a jpg and not a gif, that will make a big difference as well. Check every detail. Sometimes stepping away from it for a few hours can help or have someone else check it for you. Liz

You'll notice the image name has more than one . denoting the file extension

I used a theme that is supplied with Front Page so the banners and buttons are all done for you. So I didn't actually type in the image name and therefore can't check it other than with the other pages in the Web Site. They all seem to be the same to me after the name of the page. However where Rockn has typed out the image name, where it says hbtn, on the page properties before it's uploaded that part says bnr. ?

Problem sorted but I don't know why. I've just uploaded the whole web site again and it's now appearing OK.
I've also realised what hbtn and bnr stand for.
As you can see - a total beginner but you have to start somewhere
