Forum/Website Intergration
hey guys, ok does anyone know a script or can write me one, in PHP for something like this; i have a invision power board forum, i have a website i want to display the number or topics, and the number of post in the forum on the webiste, any idea how to do this? btw; its a invision power board, version 1.2 thanks. -cnelson.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you looking for a portal? Or just a static html page? Or what to go with your IPB board. And are you sure about the version #? Liz

ok, i just want to display the number of topics and the number of post in the forum on my main website www.visionstudios.be and yes, i'm sure of the version its old. i know. =] i'm cheep. lol. i won't pay for the new one.

It should be pretty easy to do this, you have access to the DB, right?

If the DB is anything like phpbb's, it should be really easy and require like 5 lines of php.

If your a trusting kinda guy, you could give me access to the DB and I could get the SQL you need for the main page to get that data.

If not, I could download invasion board and figure it out localy, but that wouldn't be until tommorow.
