Do you have a place to host it? If not, you need to find one. That is your first step. There are free hosts, geocities, thru www.yahoo.com being one of the more well known ones. But as with most, you get what you pay for. Also check with your ISP. You may have some free space there. Liz

you can upload it to a free service right now like yahoo, freewebs or any other free ones. One and One interenet has good prices for web hosting

Sorry, but this one made me laugh. :P

As southernlady and AAOExpert said, you are going to need a place to host it. Some are free, some aren't. Once you've got a nice host, you will need to upload your HTML files to the host.

The best method in my opinion is FTP. To use the FTP method, you will need an FTP Client. I recommend SmartFTP, which is great and free for personal use.

Oh, and as I'm sure southernlady will say, be cautious if you sign up with 1&1!

Avoid free hosting and the hosting provided by your ISP. For hosting I'd recommend TJR Networks or Myacen. While they will let you use a sub domain for your site, GoDaddy sells domains pretty cheaply so you might want to pick one up.

I agree, and it normally the only method hosts offer other than a web based file manager.

I'm not sure I would use Godaddy for anything at all, I'm using namecheap for mine. But if you do use Godaddy, don't use them for web hosting:
