PHP mail randomly not sending
Has anyone ever had a problem with PHP mail where sometimes it doesn't send the email submitted from a form? I have two mail() functions in the form, one sends an email to the user and one to another department. Is it ok to have two mail() functions?

Why not use one function and send a BCC to the second recipient. If the functions are named differently in your code there may be problems sending.

I did originally but we need two different emails to be sent. I'm not sure if it's anything to do with my script because if I don't change the script sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Have you ever had this happen before?

Maybe your host limits how quickly you can send emails?
Try using sleep() between the emails, or ask your host if they limit it.

That is a very distinct possibility.

I tried the sleeps (with about 3 second gaps) but it was still doing it randomly. It seems to be working ok at the moment though so I've left it as is. Thanks for your help everyone.
