How do I get my nav bar to appear on top of a picture?
Hi guys I have built a site in frames and want to place my bottom navigation bar over a picture but it won't sit on top of it wherever I place the <!--#include file="navbot"--> in my footer.html

Any ideas tips or tricks would be much appreciated!

Ummm, how about setting the image as a background image?? If that is way too obvious, hence, you've already tried it, then another option would be to absolutely position the navbar (or relatively position it) to physically move it where it needs to be. Relatively positioning it would still take up space in the flow, so that might not look too good.
