Hi,

I want to set up multiple FTP accounts on one domain embedded in my site (for a translation company) so that both clients and freelancers can login to password protected accounts to upload or download files.

I know that this is a widely used method in the translation industry. Does anyone know of any 'off the peg' software that can be configured for this purpose.

The site is hosted on a linux server and is fully PHP.

Ideally the solution would have simple interfaces at 'both ends'.

Also, what is the correct terminology for such access/software.

I am sure if it is on Linux you can use soemthing like CPanel
