Solved: PHP web site search
Hiya

Hopefully someone can help me here. Basically I want to be able to search .php html etc files on my web server. Currently using Apache and PHP with MySQL. The search doesnt need to be coded in PHP, however would be nice if it was freeware.

Thanks

I have exactly what your looking for, you can add an extremely easy search option to your website, in either javascript, php, asp, and cgi. And the best part of it is... IT'S FREE!

http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/

Here is some more details on it:

Free Edition

Zoom is available as a free package for use on small personal websites (up to 50 pages). There is no advertising, nag screens, or time restrictions. Download now!

For larger websites or commercial/professional use, you can purchase the Standard Edition at $49 USD or the Professional Edition at $99 USD. Click here to find out more about the differences between the three editions of Zoom.

If you need any help with setting it up, just let me know. Though I really don't think you will, it's extremely easy!
