Customized PHP Scripts For Web Development
I was curious if there was a resource available for the nonprogrammer which allows them to pick certain PHP developer tools or scripts. I've went the route of looking at free online scripts but from my experience it seems that I've never really found what I was looking for. And even when I did the script wasn't customized to fit my needs. I've also heard about rent-a-coder, hiring a developer to write scripts, but I've come across some negative feedback unless I've been looking in the wrong places.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
