This one has more features if you're interested, as the name implies it's a chatbox. Very much like chat. It's more recent too. I't also in it's own pop-up window instead of directly on the page... about as close as to real time chat as you're going to get. They don't even have to be on the page to use it. You can set the refresh rate and it only uses a few k per refresh so unles you have a really popular site it doesn't use too much resources.
