Solved: Difference between a web page in firefox and ie
I'm using blogger.com for a blog in a website which I am doing. I changed the template to make it fit the style of the rest of the website. In firefox it looked perfect, but then in ie, it looked terrible! I then started again from scratch, but it still looks wrong.

The site is at http://www.derbyshirevillagemission.org/blogframe.htm at the mo.

Here are some screen dumps of firefox and ie:
FIREFOX:

IE:

Thanx for any help.

Just had a look around, and found out I was writing html in an xhtml document!! Time to learn another language..

Incase you wanted to know, the tray icons are:
Thunderbird has new messages, OpenOffice, dictionary, windows messenger, broadband modem.
Remove hardware, MsgTag, ZoneAlarm, AVG, dunno??, getMail.
Dell Support, LogMeIn, QuickTime, VNC.

Suppose I could get rid of some, just haven't got round to it.

with all those things running I'm supprised you aren't have problems...try this

To remove programs from startup
Start.... Run.... type in msconfig... then hit OK. On the Startup tab, uncheck the ones you don't want to run at

startup. The only ones that you need are your anti-virus and firewall and the SysTray.. After you make changes and reboot, a warning window will appear and warn you that changes were made. Just check the box not to show this again.

also look in start... all programs...startup folder...delete everything in the folder...they are just shortcuts is all
