Solved: PHPBB Integration
I've written some login and profile scripts for my website. I also have a PHPBB board running. I would like to have it where if a user registers with my site, they are registered with my forum and vice versa. I have access to the MySQL database as well. I would also like to integrate the profiles too.

E-mail me if you need to see any files. Please specify which files and give the file names and paths for PHPBB-related files.

There should be info on PHPBB's site

maybe you should have them register in the forum and use that database as your site script....just reference 1 database to the other

This may or may not be right up your alley: http://www.phpbbfetchall.com/

With this you can put phpbb posts anywhere on your site including the login. Additionally it can be used as a CMS with a special forum that you apply permissions too in the forum area so it won't be seen there but only where your exporting it too. There's a portal example on that page... Note that unless the forum is used as a CMS then the regular permissions apply site wide so if a guest is not supposed to see it they won't.

Integrating your current database into phpbb's I can't help you with... personally I'd just have them sign up for the forum.

-----------

Here's my quick phpbb tip for the day, password protect the admin folder with htaccess.
