You are hotlinking the image from another site.

1. That is very poor manners. It clogs their bandwidth. Upload it on a site meant for hotlinking like www.imageshack.us

2. Message the person who made the site. I'm sure they would tell you where they got it. It may be a commercial font.

Well the person that made the site charge $1500 and then never finished and now can't be located to find the font. I am helping this guy for free to re-build his website after some one charged him up front and then never finished and left him hanging.
.
I thought I had very nice manners considering I sometimes help people out like this for free.

FYI - When you insert an image into a post it has to be on a server somewhere and you have to post a url, you can't just upload your image. So that is my site and I pay for hosting and I just created the image and uploaded it so I can post on here. So don't worry, no one will care but you...

Personally, I would use the site I named. They volunteer to have their bandwidth eaten.

The closest I could come was depressionist three, but that isn't it.

What was the site written in? There are many upload components you can get for free for both PHP and ASP.

Yeah, it's Aftershock. Dang, somebody beat me too it.

Although.. Wow, I've got a good memory.

And there's a million different variations on www.themeworld.com.
