Does all web template software cost money or is there a really good one out there because right night im as stuck because i want to make my own template just the way i like it but i ain't felling like spendin my 400 bucks i need that for a camera does anyone have any suggestions and no i dont know html that good

well since im to picky i got dreamweaver 8 from a friend does any body know any good free tutorial videos for dreamweaver 8 thanks for your help for the template i googled free web templates checked up to page 7 and finally said aw scrap this
