Arrow PHP on html page
I want to add a php on a html page so i write a below line in the .htaccess

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php .html

And this works absolutely fine...but my webhosting service saying now all the pages pass through php and that's why increasing the server load...

Please tell me is that possible that i create a line just for few pages on which php is added. Those pages are stored in the root...

Please tell me what line to use....

Upload it with a php extension and add a redirect instead:

Code:
Redirect /yourhtmlpage.html http://www.yoursite.com/yourphppage.php

Please tell me if i change my main homepage to index.html - index.php

and remove the index.html then that automatically goes to index.php without adding anything in .htaccess

but if anyone specifically write www.mysite.com/index.html then shows not found page.

and if i add redirect for this...then everytime when anyone goes to www.mysite.com then also shows www.mysite.com/index.php

so what i will do so index.php extension not shown and index.html also move to index.php
