Many sites use the dmoz.org database for their listings. Besides that there is Google Ads and other services that will target ads for your specific product on other sites. You can also search for "your product" "add link" which should bring up sites that allow to add links.

Most sites that allow you to add links are really not worth it, dmoz.org is different as each link is reviewed by human.

I would suggest that if you couldn't understand what the OP was looking for you work on your comprehension skills. Seems pretty plain to me and I would think others would agree.

I think he means he doesn't know the URL like.. example www.thatguyssite.com although i don't know how that would be even possible to build a site without knowing your URL.. -cnelson.

No, I think what he means is that he doesn't know the URL for a site that does what he wants.

Oh ok, yes gotcha. sorry about that. -cnelson.

EDIT::
don't submit to any backend link tradeing sites.. google hates those, and your site probably won't get indexed. -cnelson.
