Generally, the more features a program has, the more difficult it is to use. What specifically are you looking to do with graphics software? I'm not aware of any web-specific graphics applications. A picture's a picture.

Well, if you're looking for software that actually creates custom images, it's going to be complicated by nature. There's nothing simple about starting from scratch when designing graphics.

Unless they're really simple graphics in which case Paint would do the trick.

If you're after a one shot deal easy to use graphics application for creating banners, buttons and animations, try the trial version of www.bannermakerpro.com .

BannermakerPro is indeed an ideal image editor if you wold like to have a fast image output. But there is no substitute for being well versed in popular image editors like Photoshop because of its powerful features.
