Need help with forms
I am having trouble straightening out the html for this form. It won't validate as is. I need an action statement but am unsure just how to do it. There are also a couple of 's out of place.

If I understand it correctly the action should point to a url but in this case it is a script on the same page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ok, thanks, your missing the closing semicolon in these two lines withing your <head> </head> area
