HELP with website building
Hello, I have a access database, which upper management is telling me they want web based. Sure no problem. The only thing is, i dont know a thing about web building. Is there a program that will attach a web site to a database and still be easy to use. like with very very little HTML programming experience. They would really like to get this done. So I was thinking about kicking it over to SQL express, but not sure if i need to. any help with this would be great. Or if someone what to help me out with this and show me how to program HTML, i would be more then happy to do this by email or something. PLEASE someone help me

It may be easier to convert it to MySQL and use PHP - are you able to do this?

Well, Basiclly we are trying to go paperless. What it does, is give the users a online shipping form. It also used for tracking packages that were shipped out by UPS, who sent them out and what not. I can send you my test copy if you would like to see it.

You need a 'front-end' in PHP that enables users to view thier shipping info, and a 'back-end' admin area for you to update each user's data. The PHP would write to the MYSQL database via web forms. The whole thing would be run on a web server. You would need a structure that lets users log-in so that they can only view their own data and not everybody's.

If Stealthy hasn't got time you will need to find yourself a PHP coder via Guru or some other freelance site. By the time you have figured it out yourself, you could have hired a pro to do it for you 5 times over. Tell your company to spend a bit of money, its not going to cost a fortune.

get dream weaver. Use its "Design" mode, no coding needed but for other stuff you can just copy and paste
