Solved: Php & Iis
Okay I really hate IIS but unfortinatly we've taken over a project from another company and the system is dependant on it.

We're adding something to this site and need to do so in php.

Ive downloaded and installed php and was trying a test page test.php but I keep getting 404 errors.

I checked and php is enabled for the site on the IIS manager thingy.

I read somewhere that for an older version of IIS there was a file which said serve these extensions, dont server these. I've looked for this file and it doesnt appear anywhere.

Any ideas??

what I wouldnt give for apache to be installed on this box...

Found my answer. Theres a bug in the current version of the installer that put in c:\php\\php5....dll (cant remember what exactly the dll name is) and the \\ seems to cause problems

If people are looking for a good tutorial on how to install php under IIS check out
