you can find a host on the web pretty cheaply (maybe £1-2 a month) for what you need. Most let you either register domains with the account, or let you transfer one if you already own it. If you buy a domain with hosting it will be linked into you hosting account automatically. Or try this it may help you if you want to run it on your pc:

http://www.wampserver.com/en/

and have a read of this:

http://www.wampserver.com/phorum/rea...=12300&t=12300

it contains everything you need to install wamp and to make it a live productions server.

I like the manual would strongly recommend you do not do this, go to a dedicated host, it's not pricy and you get a guarunteed uptime 24x7, plus they ahve a lot of features to help you get your site running quickly and easily.

Also getting your site ranked ona search engine if you host it at home is a pain if you want it ranked well.
