Hi Alex,
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Do you currently have a website and you want to create a table on one of the pages? Or do you NOT currently have a website and you're asking how to create one?

No matter where you get webspace, you should be able to create a table, either manually or through a software tool. What is the table for and who do you expect to view it? I've never used any of the free webpage services like Angelfire or GeoCities but hopefully some of the users here can offer recommendations.
