Question about DreamWeaver MX
So, a guy I know loaded this CSS layout page in DreamWeaver MX and it looked completely jacked up. Attached is a screenshot.

Any idea on why DW would butcher the file in the way it does?

Thanks!

i dono im not a big DW guy i wanna start using it more since i have a copy though seems to have alota good features... i would say try loading it with a different program, that also seems like a pretty simple... maby he can download the page to desktop and play with what he needs that way then threw html, unless hes gonna be revamping the thing completly shouldnt be hard to just replace text and images and stuff where needed... *wish could offer some advice as to why that happened tho sorry, post back if you figure it out...

Actually, he DID save the HTML file to his computer before opening it in DW. There are no external images and all the CSS is embedded in the file so it's a "self-contained" entity. It loads fine in Kompozer (newer version of N|vu) so I'm not sure why DW is having issues.

Thanks!

Peace...

Well, I found the answer to my question. DreamWeaver MX is old as dirt.

Peace...
