possible php error!
On a brand new website, i uploaded a script called "OPENDOMAINS" to experiment with it for future use.

All 8 directories and 11 files are in my db.
Permissions are set within my cpanel.
BUT,
My browser is showing "Please read install.txt - C"
I can not find this text file anywhere.

The server is running
MySQL - 5.0.27-Debian_0.dotdeb.1
&
phpMyAdmin - 2.8.2

Many thanks for the swift reply.

The script is the one used for supplying free domains from a website.
It imported into the db OK with no problems.

Here is the link i used from sourceforge to download it!

yea thats what i got from the file you gave me but before i noticed the readme.html i downloaded 2 other copies 1 of a older version and 1 of the same version i think it was at least... why not try the older version see if that does you any good it has 6 dir and 12 files and looks very different although the readme still requires 4x php and either 4.1 or 5.0 mysql

I had the old one installed on another website and used it for 2 years, until the servers went bust!

I am installing the new one because i intend to eventually tweak it up a bit.(If i can get it installed!)

I purchased a server for myself last month but have not set it up yet, want to set this prog up first.

OK duckman, finally got the version 2 working on the servers, it was an error in the config.php file, apparently the website being used MUST have an "/" at the end.

When you have completed installing yours, you will see why it needs to be edited!
