New to web design
My mother has started her own floral business and I have created her a website through freewebs.com.

http://www.myfantasyflorals.com

They have cheap, boring templates.

I have been learning to use the coffee cup software and would really like to design her a great site.

I need to know a good web hosting site that is inexpensive, easy to use and supports FTP and HTML. Any other tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Freewebs accepts HTML (as do most hosts).

As for cheap FTP hosting, Google has a huge list.

I heard that 1and1.com is good.

Talking Web Hosting
IPowerweb.com is a great choice. I have about 6 sites hosted with them. The price is good, the admin control panel is intuitive and easy to use, you get tons of email addresses, many, many gigs of disk space and their techsupport (if you ever need it) is awesome. As with almost all hosting companies, they support FTP and HTML. I use their Linux hosting, but I believe they have Windows hosting as well.
