Tables & Images
Hello. I was wondering, how cacn I edit the follow 2 peices of code, so that the image in in the background of the cell (so I can add text over the top of it).

For this peice I would like banner2_07 as the background of its part of the cell.

HTML Code:
 <TR> <TD ROWSPAN=2> <IMG SRC="images/banner2_06.gif" WIDTH=10 HEIGHT=34 ALT=""></TD> <TD COLSPAN=2> <IMG SRC="images/banner2_07.gif" WIDTH=778 HEIGHT=26 ALT=""></TD> </TR>
I would also like to do the same with this, only this time banner2_03 I would like as the background.

HTML Code:
 <TR> <TD COLSPAN=2 ROWSPAN=2> <IMG SRC="images/banner2_02.gif" WIDTH=507 HEIGHT=103 ALT=""></TD> <TD> <IMG SRC="images/banner2_03.gif" WIDTH=281 HEIGHT=91 ALT=""></TD> <TD ROWSPAN=4> <IMG SRC="images/banner2_04.gif" WIDTH=12 HEIGHT=137 ALT=""></TD> </TR>
Thanks.

Dustin.

Hi Dustin,

Here you go :-)

HTML Code:
<tr> <td rowspan='2' background='images/banner2_07.GIF'>&nbsp;</td> <td rowspan='2' background='images/banner2_07.GIF'>&nbsp;</td> </tr>
that is the basic principle, you can do it with CSS if you wish, but i just thought i'd teach the basics for now :-)

Regards,
Anthony

EDIT: Corrected my code :-) that is correct now ;-)

Yet Another edit: Just thought i'd give you a link that might help -> http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp
