Tracking links in terms of selling through paypal
Hello,

I am trying to setup a system that guarantees commission for our real estate agents when selling through PayPal.com. We already have their name on the PayPal pay page, but what we're needing is a way to track each purchase coming from links and ads.... In short:

We need a bulletproof way to track a customers purchase depending on the link they followed from a SERP or Ad or link. Basically what we don't want to happen is the customer clicks "mydomain.com/ryan.html" which was a paid link by Ryan, but then surfs around the site and eventually goes back to mydomain.com to make a purchase. Ryan isn't getting any commission from that sale because its no longer coming from his section, the company and owners are getting the commish. Thats our problem. Perhaps some scripting could be added to denote everything done on mydomain.com is credited to Ryan's paid link?

Or maybe, ss there a PayPal feature that makes this process easier, as in giving the customer a drop-down of names to refer?
