What format are the videos in?

When embedding video into a website you have many options. I've seen it done by embedding windows media player, quicktime, or flash into the html page.

Youtube uses flash to play flv files, this is often a great approach as it is cross browser and cross platform. It also allows the video to be streamed saving on load time and possibly bandwidth. There are a few open source flash flv players available to use free (one example:http://flowplayer.org/demo/basic+setup). You would need to convert the video to the flv format, but I'm sure there are programs available to do that.

Once you decide which route you want to take I'm sure someone here that can provide more assistance.
